Digital products and licence

Digital products and downloads sold directly by Rentery Home are licensed to the purchaser for the uses stated on the relevant product page. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, publish, sublicense, or use a download to create a competing product unless the product licence expressly permits it. No physical item is shipped unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices, currencies, product contents, and any genuine promotional or comparison prices are shown before purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The payment methods available to you are the eligible methods displayed by Stripe at checkout; their availability can vary by location, currency, device, and account settings.

An order is accepted after Stripe confirms payment and we make the digital product available. We may refuse or cancel an order and refund the payment when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, a pricing or technical error, legal restrictions, or product unavailability. Taxes, when applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Digital delivery

After verified payment, access is provided through a private download link. Unless the product page states otherwise, the link expires seven days after purchase and may be subject to reasonable download limits. Contact contact@renteryhome.com if payment succeeds but access is not delivered. You are responsible for entering a working email address and saving the file before the link expires.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your location. The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
