Rentery Home aims to make its home ideas, product information, and support services usable by as many people as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing improvement effort, not a claim that every page or file has been independently certified.

Website approach

We work toward clear headings, readable text and contrast, keyboard-friendly controls, descriptive link labels, responsive layouts, and useful image descriptions. We consider accessibility when updating pages and reviewing feedback.

PDF plans and visual information

Woodworking plans contain diagrams, dimensions, and visually arranged instructions. Some current PDF pages are image-based and may not provide a complete selectable text layer or reading order for screen readers. Promotional images can also contain text that is not fully represented in an image description.

We do not currently claim that all downloadable files are accessible PDFs. Before purchasing, contact us if you depend on a particular assistive technology or need information in a different format, so we can explain the available file and assess what assistance is possible.

Third-party services

Checkout, email clients, external media, and linked websites may have different accessibility behavior. If a third-party step prevents you from completing a task, tell us which service and step are affected. We will consider practical assistance within our control.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We review accessibility reports and use them to guide improvements. We cannot promise every requested format is immediately available, but will discuss reasonable options and any applicable rights concerning a purchase.
