Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Rentery Home, operated by Aichora LLC. Purchases from an external merchant or marketplace are handled through that seller's process, subject to applicable law.

What you are buying

Our woodworking products are downloadable PDF plans, not finished projects or physical materials. Check the listing's format, included content, measurements, skill level, and requirements before paying. Delivery and access problems

Access normally becomes available after Stripe verifies payment. Unless the listing says otherwise, a purchase link expires seven days after purchase and may have download limits. Save the file to your device. Link expiry does not remove a valid right to support or a statutory remedy.

If you paid but cannot access the plan, contact us with the product title, purchase email, order reference if available, and the error you see. We can investigate delivery and provide appropriate help or replacement access. Never email a full card number, card security code, password, or private download link.

Defective, duplicate, or misdescribed purchases

Please tell us if you were charged twice for the same intended purchase, received the wrong file, cannot open a corrupted file, or find that the download is materially different from its description. We will review the issue and provide the remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law, which may include replacement access, a corrected file, a price reduction, or a refund.

Troubleshooting is not a condition that removes a refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled. A download record alone does not prove that the content was correct or usable.

Immediate digital access and cancellations

Digital content is generally supplied promptly. Where applicable law permits, a change-of-mind refund may be limited after access or download begins. This does not override a cancellation right that still applies, or remedies for defective or misdescribed content.

For consumers protected by EU or UK distance-selling rules, a withdrawal period may apply. Losing that right for digital content supplied during the period requires the legally required express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and required confirmation. Merely completing checkout, accepting general terms, or downloading a file is not treated by this policy as a substitute for those steps. If the required conditions have not been met, your applicable withdrawal rights remain available.

To request cancellation, email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and information identifying the order. No special wording is necessary. We assess requests under the rules applicable to the purchase; this policy does not impose a shorter deadline than those rules allow.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally processed through Stripe to the original payment method, subject to the method's availability and applicable law. We will communicate the outcome and process refunds within legally required time limits. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears after processing.

You may contact us first to help resolve a problem, but doing so is not a condition of exercising rights with your payment provider or under consumer law.

Free newsletter resources

A free resource has no purchase price to refund. If its download link fails, contact us for help. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter without returning a file you have already downloaded. The plan's licence still applies.
