For an order or download problem, include the product title, the email used for the purchase or newsletter signup, and an order reference if you have one. Describe any error you see. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or your private download link.

Editorial questions and safety concerns

Please include the article address or plan title and page number when reporting a possible error. For a project question, describe the relevant measurements, materials, and step. We cannot certify a modified design or assess the safety of an installation remotely. If you identify a potential hazard, stop work and seek qualified help where appropriate.

Privacy and accessibility

For a privacy request, describe what you would like us to do and the email associated with your information. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. For an accessibility issue, tell us which page or file is affected and what format or assistance would help. Please avoid sending identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.
