Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of renteryhome.com and its articles, guides, recommendations, downloads, newsletters, and other features under the Rentery name.

Rentery is operated by Aichora LLC. By accessing or using Rentery, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Additional terms displayed on a product page or at checkout may apply to a particular purchase. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.

Informational Purpose

Rentery provides general educational and editorial information about small-space organization, storage, renter-friendly upgrades, furniture, moving, apartment setup, and related topics.

The content is not legal, engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing, financial, or other professional advice. Rentery does not interpret leases or determine whether a modification is permitted in a particular property. You are responsible for reviewing your lease, building rules, local requirements, and landlord or property-manager instructions.

Renter and Safety Responsibilities

A solution described as "renter-friendly," "removable," "no-drill," or similar is not guaranteed to be appropriate for every lease, wall, surface, product, or home. Adhesives, hooks, films, shelves, and removable products can stain, pull paint, leave residue, weaken surfaces, or cause other damage.

A product's inclusion does not guarantee that it will fit your space, work on your surfaces, satisfy your landlord, remain available, or produce a particular result. Rentery will not represent that a product was personally tested unless the applicable article expressly and accurately says so.

Directly Offered Digital Products

Rentery may offer planners, binders, checklists, guides, printable bundles, templates, or other digital products directly to customers.

Unless a product page expressly provides different rights, a purchased digital product is licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use. You may download and print reasonable copies for your own use, but you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload to shared repositories, or commercially exploit the product.

Product descriptions, format, compatibility information, delivery method, price, applicable taxes, refund terms, and any usage limitations should be presented on the relevant offer or checkout page. You are responsible for confirming that your device and software can access the stated file format before purchasing.

You may access and share links to publicly available pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not, without prior written permission:

Sell, license, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially exploit site content.
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights-management notices.
Present Rentery content as your own.
Use Rentery branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Use automated systems in a manner that burdens, disrupts, or bypasses protections on the site.

Names, logos, photographs, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Rentery to:

Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
Interfere with site operation, security, or availability.
Collect personal information from other users without authorization.
Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Aichora LLC.
Circumvent purchase, access, download, or security restrictions.
Use site content to facilitate unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.

Third-Party Websites

Rentery may link to retailers, manufacturers, social platforms, and other independent websites. A link is provided for convenience and does not place the destination website under Aichora LLC's control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, fulfillment, warranties, returns, or security.

Any transaction with a third party is between you and that third party. Review the applicable seller's terms before purchasing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rentery and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aichora LLC does not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional limitations appear in the Disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aichora LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, Rentery, third-party links, recommendations, or digital materials.

Aichora LLC is not responsible for property damage, loss of a security deposit, personal injury, product failure, data loss, lost profits, or purchasing decisions resulting from a user's failure to verify lease requirements, measurements, surface compatibility, safety instructions, or third-party information.

These limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Rentery, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Rentery when reasonably necessary to protect the site, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address security or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Resolving Concerns

If you have a concern about Rentery or a direct purchase, contact us first so the issue can be reviewed. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any dispute will be handled under the laws and procedures applicable to the parties and the dispute.

Changes to These Terms
